Role Overview
Enforce Ansh Group's Zero-Harm and Zero-LTI safety policies across all active rigs, stimulation units, and processing facilities.
Primary Responsibilities
What You Will Lead & Deliver
- Conduct regular job safety analyses (JSA), tool-box talks, and permit-to-work (PTW) audits.
- Lead emergency drill simulations, H2S safety training, and fire containment inspections.
- Monitor environmental compliance, spill prevention, and produced water disposal protocols.
- Prepare HSE audit reports for regulatory bodies (OISD, DGH, DGMS) and client inspections.
Qualifications & Experience
Profile & Technical Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety (ADIS) / NEBOSH IGC Certified.
- Minimum 5 years HSE supervisory experience on active drilling rigs or oilfield facilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OISD standards, Factories Act, and hazardous chemicals handling.
- High authority and integrity in stopping unsafe acts immediately without compromise.
