Role Overview
Manage continuous operation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of Oil Collecting Stations and high-pressure Gas Compressor Plants.
Primary Responsibilities
What You Will Lead & Deliver
- Monitor crude separation, gas compression trains, dehydration towers, and custody metering skids.
- Troubleshoot process upsets, manage SCADA operating parameters, and minimize flaring.
- Supervise routine servicing of reciprocating compressors and high-pressure manifolds.
- Implement predictive maintenance schedules to guarantee 99.8%+ uptime for client delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Profile & Technical Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Refining / Petrochemicals.
- Experience in gas compression plants (GCP), GCS/OCS stations, or refinery battery units.
- Familiarity with P&IDs, HAZOP studies, safety relief valves, and instrumentation loops.
- Readiness for field plant supervision and rotational emergency support.
