Role Overview
Lead strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and field personnel management as Ansh Group expands its engineering and rig operations nationwide.
Primary Responsibilities
What You Will Lead & Deliver
- Drive recruitment of certified drillers, toolpushers, petroleum engineers, and HSE managers.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, labor compliance for onshore assets, and campus hiring.
- Design performance evaluation frameworks and technical training upskilling programs.
- Coordinate with regional field offices in Mehsana, Ankleshwar, and Kakinada for site staffing.
Qualifications & Experience
Profile & Technical Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 4 years of proven HR experience in the Oil & Gas, heavy infrastructure, or EPC sectors.
- Strong command of Indian labor laws, contract labor regulations, and statutory compliances.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and executive stakeholder management skills.
